TROTTO HOMES began work on their their first community project in Naperville, Illinois with the Townhomes of Langstrom Court in 1999. which successfully established Trotto Homes as more than just a single dwelling builder.
With the success of Langstrom Court, Trotto Homes took their custom home designs and applied them to their current project, PARK HILL ESTATES in Hickory Hills offering premium quality homes in a range of models and options on 17 individual, unique lots.
